You are purchasing the digital files, (personal use only).
You can provide all the references that you want and consider necessary for the work.
You will receive the full-resolution file and PSD file, so you can play with it. Some extras are available sometimes.
Artwork may be posted on social (indicate if you prefer not to).
The artist has the right to refuse a commission request.
Paying for the commission means the client agrees with the current terms of service.
CHANGES
You can request any change through the sketching process.
Changes through the process of the work can be made, if the change is significant it will have a cost.
A WIP can be requested at any time, I usually send advancements of the project in different stages of it.
PAYMENT
Payment has to be done fully upfront after the approval of the sketch.
Completed artwork cannot be refunded
